With a background that spans executive coaching, organizational development, and entrepreneurship, I bring a unique blend of academic expertise and hands‑on business experience to my work foundations. I hold a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and I have built and scaled three successful businesses.
After years of serving as an in‑house executive coach, I shifted my focus to supporting small business owners and entrepreneurs globally. I now help clients strengthen their leadership, refine their business strategy, and build the systems necessary for long‑term success.
